Michigan College Planning specializes in college financial planning. You know that college is expensive! By hosting one of our FREE workshops, parents can learn about key strategies that can lower the total out of pocket cost of a college education.
Here’s how it works:
Have your organization host a workshop by Michigan College Planning and invite participating parents to attend. Encourage parents to invite their friends and other family members. By doing so, Michigan College Planning will make a donation to your organization as follows:
Michigan College Planning will donate to (Your Organization), $25 for each family (Mom and/or Dad) that attends our College Planning workshop.
Additional Bonus Offer: After your workshop, receive an additional $25 dollars per family that comes in for a FREE 45 minute personal consultation with your Michigan College Planning College Funding Advisor within three weeks of your workshop.

Michigan College Planning Responsibilities:
- Will provide all marketing materials for your scheduled workshop.
- Email templates
- Flyers / Handouts
- Site selection for your workshop (can also be held at your location).
- Provide workshop instructor, course presentation, and appropriate materials.
- Encourage all parents to attend the workshop.
- Send 1st email to all members explaining the fund raising opportunity. Then send a 2nd email to all members promoting your workshop with appropriate reminders to attend.
- Using provided templates OR via the Michigan College Planning email system on your behalf (email list required)
- Make informational flyers available to all members and/or send flyer home with students.
- Encourage members to invite friends and family to help make your workshop a success.
